Mitsubishi Models 2016, 2011 and 2006. Programmed with Mastercam. Maximum travel: 400x300mm, height: 220mm. Accuracy: ±0.005mm. or 0.0002". Finish: 1.5µm. Cut at an angle or with different shapes up and down.
2 Sinker EDMs: Models 2013 and 2006. Capacities: 60Amps and 50Amps. Precision: ±0.026mm or 0.001". Finish: 3µmR. Travel: 300x 400xZ=350mm.
CNC Department
8 Vertical Machining Centers: 6 Hass 2023, 2017, 2014, 2013, 2013 and 2011, 4 axes, 30,000rpm. 30x20x20". 2 Cincinnatis 2007 and 2005, 4 axles, 30x20x20". Program with MasterCAM. Positioning: ±0.004mm, repeatability: ±0.001mm.
1 CNC lathe: Hass SL-10 turning 413 (200 over carriage) Z=356, year 2011 Programmed with MasterCAM 14.
Conventional department
4 Milling machines.
Three with digital positioner. Max volume effective machining: 12x24x8".
4 Lathes: Maximum capacity: turning: 25"x2.20m between points. Neckline 36"
1 Horizontal Grinding Machine: Mello year 2003 12X24".
1 Cylindrical Grinding Machine:

Support equipment: 2 ton bridge crane, Drill, 20HP Compressors, Press, Sand-Blast. Sharpening machines, 75KVA Substation, 6 Air washes for temperature control, solar plant (we produce 100% of our electricity), etc.

We have: quality department, systems department, network with 8 computers, connected to CNCs and EDMs. Software: MasterCAM, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Office, Compaq, ERP own design. Our surface: Workshop 855m2 and offices 201m2.
